4. Russian Twists
If you want to tone your abs, this move is perfect for you. It’s another one that can be done with either a toddler or young baby. While seated on the floor, with your legs bent and back slightly leaning back, hold on to your baby with them either facing you or away from you and twist them from side-to-side. Your child will love all the moving back and forth that you’re doing with them.
